Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 5 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €300 is due.
Notes
Compulsory extra costs:
- A CASH deposit of 15000 Egyptian Pounds is due at check in. This deposit will exclusively cover the energy consuption and will be given back at check-out after deducting the due amount. Cost of electricity per kWh = LE 1.45 + fees and distribution.
The price includes:
⁃ The exclusive use of the entire property
⁃ Bed linen, bath towels, pool towels and kitchen linen
⁃ All consumptions, except electricity
⁃ Housekeeper on site at your disposal
