Villa Montazah - Sharm el Sheikh at a glance:

Villa Montazha was finalized in 2006. Build with some Spanish style touches, it was the intention to maximize the natural daylight and views. The villa is about 400 sqm on 1,100 sqm of land and surrounded by green gardens, a large pool terrace and infinity swimming pool. The 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and living areas are furnished in a modern contemporary design.

Villa 'on the beach'!

Villa Monatazah is located on the Red Sea Riviera in the fascinating resort destination of Sharm El Sheikh, South Sinai, Egypt. Montazah Area is one of the few developments of private villas in Sharm El Sheikh, located 10 km north of Naama Bay and only few minutes drive from Sharm El Sheikh International Airport. The Montazah compound is set on a slope facing the sea and offering great views to the Red Sea and the Island of Tiran. The Villa is located and elevated in the second row ensuring great sea views from all floors and pool deck. A 2 minutes walk takes you to the private sandy beach in front and the prime spots for both snorkeling and scuba diving: Ras Nasrani and Ras Bob, which are well known dive sites to scuba divers.

The Outdoor:

Villa Montazah is completely enclosed and fenced. This makes it very safe in case you have children or pets with you. Right behind the gate there is space for two cars to be parked inside. There is ramp of majestic stairs that leads you up the deck level and to the main entrance.

The pool deck is incredibly spacious, well equipped with 6 sun- chairs and, 3 umbrellas, and dining set for 6. The triangular shaped pool is the main hang out in the villa. It offers endless refreshment during the summer period. Its infinity edge and central staircase make it generally fabulous. The Outdoor also features a large garden with olive trees, palm trees and bougainvilleas. Not far from the pool area you can enjoy an outdoor shower, very convenient when coming back from the beach you are all sandy!

Villa Montazah - Sharm el Sheikh is child friendly! You will appreciate a sand box, next to the pool deck, with loads of toys and a great swings in the back garden. The pool though is not fenced, so please do equip your children with arm bends or other floating devices and never leave them unattended around the pool.

The Indoor:

The Ground Floor

The main entrance takes you directly to the double ceiling height hall and already here you get the Grand feeling of the place and great views of Villa Montazah interior. From the fully furnished living room a seamless access leads to the large pool terrace through the large sliding doors. I love this feature of the house as allows to have an indoor/outdoor ambient which is great for large groups or party events! Adjoining the living and dining area is the fully equipped American style kitchen. Dining table seats 12. This floor also contains 2 bedrooms (Bedroom 1 with two singles and garden view & Bedrooms 2 with one King sized bed and patio view) and 1 sharing bathroom. The striking wooden spiral staircase leads to the upper floor.

Upper Floor

The upper floor main feature is of course the Master Bedroom. This bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom and its own lounge corner. The bed is the larger you can get with its 220 cm width. You have great capacity in all the cabinets. The Master bedroom boasts sweeping views that you never ever tire of. You will easily find yourself starring at the Red Sea and Tiran Island for long before coming down for breakfast. Connected to this room there is the panorama Lounge with its own balcony. Wether just for relaxation, a cozy drink or just to work in a peacefully place, you will find this corner conveniently perched to continue giving stunning panoramic views. On the opposite side of this floor there are 2 more bedrooms (Bedroom 4 with one King sized bed garden view with balcony & Bedroom 5 with one queen sized bed with patio view).

All bedrooms are spacious enough to receive a third guests. We can convenientlyplace2 single rollaway beds wherever you need.
